    This mattress works alone, its temperature doesn't need to be monitored, no need to place it in the fridge( nor in the freezer). You can sit your child on the mattress serenity, the gel will fit. This cooling mat limits the risk of sweating and irritation that might be caused by hot temperatures. It insures the well being of babies.
